The treatment itself?
Using an aromatherapy blend of clary sage (mimics the effects of estrogen in the body), geranium (effective in balancing hormones and regulating mood swings) & lavender (lowers stress levels, aids sleep and research has shoe this can reduce hot flashes) I will:
- Massage your feet, targeting relevant pressure points
- Front of your legs will be massaged followed by your arms, upper chest, face & scalp
- Abdomen can be massaged depending on our consultation chat
- You'll then turn over and I'll massage back of your legs, your back, neck and shoulders and finish with your scalp
